To the Manager in charge of catering: Dear Sir, I was at my great nephew's (Vincent Vandenberg's) wedding on March 22, Saturday at Chateau La Mer and in all the weddings I've been to in my life of 75 years, this one took the cake. I want to praise and thank you as the best catering manager and then your waiting staff, they were wonderful. The service was exceptional. You have a great crew. They were kind, patient, through, attentive & spotlessly clean. You should be very proud of what you do and proud of your staff. The food was plentiful and exceptional in taste & presentation. My compliments to the "Chef of Chefs". I would recommend your services to anyone I hear of who is getting married or any occasion.
